Natalie Loeb is a seasoned executive coach and facilitator. Natalie honed her training and coaching skills in-house while responsible for management and leadership development in a large law firm. While employed for over ten years at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, Natalie held various positions within the Human Resources Department. Combining her experience in employee relations and training and development, Natalie coached managers and provided in house training helping managers develop their competence and confidence for coaching and developing their staff members. The visible result being collaborative work teams exceeding performance expectations in challenging work environments.
Today, Natalie provides leadership coaching and management training to mid and large sized organizations. Using her human resources, training expertise and executive coaching services, Natalie develops specific coaching models and/or training programs to meet the various needs of her high potential clients
Natalie received her undergraduate degree in psychology from the State University of New York at Albany and an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Baruch College in New York City. She also holds numerous certifications including an iCoach NY Executive Coaching Certification, , Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Hogan, DiSC training, Social Styles and the BarOn EQi.
Natalie is also one of the proud Co-founders and Co-Chairs of the Teen Advisory Committee ( TAC) in her home town. TAC is a government committee of teens which grew from 25 teens in 2007 to currently over 1,400 tees interested in developing leadership skills, building bridges between seniors and teens in the town and participating in community service projects.
