Christine Hunt

Christine Hunt is a business focused executive coach and senior consultant with over 20 years experience who assists clients with organizational, team and leadership development issues. Her expertise includes organizational assessment, team development, design/development of training programs and executive coaching.

Christine is a skilled presenter who has facilitated programs at every corporate level, as well as making presentations at national and local professional conferences. Primary content areas include: leadership, communication skills and team development.

Christine’s approach to team building includes a structured team development process designed to strengthen work relationships, provide greater focus and productivity, and enhance overall team leadership effectiveness. She has had significant success in assisting teams in conflict to resolve issues for increased productivity, cohesiveness and effectiveness.

As a coach, Christine works effectively one-on-one to address employees’ development issues and concerns to create a proactive plan for change. Christine’s approach is practical, results-oriented based on specific, concrete objectives developed for the coaching process in collaboration with the coachee, sponsor, human resources, manager and/or learning and development.

Christie has extensive experience working with senior leaders at the highest corporate levels. As a result, and from her own experience as a senior leader within a major corporation, Christine brings an organizational savvy to her role that allows her to help managers and leaders become more adept at dealing with political and strategic issues. She has extensive experience identifying and clarifying organizational issues for senior management through structured assessment interviews.

Prior to her current consulting work, Christine was with Chemical Bank where she first headed up Management and Professional Development and then was appointed Vice President for Executive Development and Education, a function that she created and developed. In addition, while at Chemical Bank, Christine coached senior managers on individual development issues; annually collaborated with Harvard Business School Faculty to design the three-week executive seminar; formulated a corporate training curriculum and created a core leadership program.

Christine has several areas of industry concentration: Creative professionals, entertainment, media, financial services and technology groups. She has a history of forging long-term partnerships with clients involving extended or multiple projects.
